This national program is designed to help children enter school and society with a more confident outlook. They will become better students in school, better listeners at home, and more enthusiastic about the future. Important
safety skills and stranger danger concepts are also taught. Little Dragons will enhance positive development by providing your child with the right combination of martial arts training, discipline, respect, and fun drills that are
age specific, without having to learn movements and patterns too complicated for their age.

of excellenct referred to as black belt attitude. Lots of structure and discipline make TKD ideal for children and befinners. Many children with ADHD, who are on the autism spectrum, or who simply need a little more dicsipline and
focus have enjoyed success in our TKD program. Physically, TKD is Korean Karate with an emphasis on kicking and forms of training. Large total body movements are excellent for developing coordination and athleticism, while the sport
component improces conditioning. Although predominantly children, TKD is open to anyone and makes a great family activity.

BJJ is a grappling art that employs proper positioning, lerage, and technique to gain control and submit an opponent of any size on the ground. BJJ has been proven successful both in the realm of self-defense and the sport of
MMA. BJJ is also a sport in and of itself and GMA has regularly been host to world champions. Rolling against 100% resistance and drilling for competition provides a total workout and builds camaraderie among Team Gentry. True BJJ
is absolutely a technical and thinking game as well.

Hapkido is an eclectic, well rounded Korean martial art with an exciting variety of techniques. GMA's HKD program has an emphasis on combatives and self-defense, making it ideal for law enforcement and similar groups. It is focused
less of routines and more on "scenarios" such as if you are grabbed or choked. Other arts are sometimes integrated, but this is not a sport MMA class. This class is for adults who want a mentally engaging workout and practical self-defense
skills.
